Review

A character story, based around these works of art. The two main characters are flawed people with unrealistic expectations. The story has Ballard’s usual surreal and poetic imagery and it is set is his Vermillion Sands resort with a futuristic type of sculpture, but the story is really about the failure of the two main characters. Very good and recommended.
