Review

Frankenstein is a great examination of the aspects of human nature where we question who is the real monster, those who label a being a monster, or the being labeled as a monster. As we traverse this tale we discover the harsh realities of love, the pain of loss, the dangers of shallowness, and the devasation of revenge. A thought provoking story with excellent insight into the dark spaces of the human mind, and the dangers of trying to play God. While not the first gothic story, it is one of the most pivitol in really putting gothic horro on the map, and to have been origianlly written by a woman, was very revolutionary for its time.
