History

First publication: Alfred A. Knopf, November 1990

Review

The novel is about the idea of recreating dinosaurs from dna found in amber, but the real point seems to be Murphy’s Law. The story was fast-paced, gripping, tense, exciting, thought-provoking and easy to read. I consider this to be a modern successor to the works of H. G. Wells.
