Synopsis
Harrow and Gideon travel to the planet of the First House, where they tasked with exploring a mansion to discover secrets to become a Lyctor. They must survive agains other necromancers and trials, that are dead set on killing them.

Review
It is refreshing to have space wizards other than the Jedi of starwars enter the world of science fiction and be taken seriously. Beautiful world building, complex and interesting characters and character relationships, LGBTQ+ friendly, and wonderfully original twists on the classic Necromancer trope. This is a whirlwind of a read and a rollercoaster of emotions that one can enjoy every moment of. High fantasy meets science fiction in the best ways possible.
