History

First publication: Amazing, April 1962

Review

This is probably Ballard’s closest thing to a traditional SF story. Even so, he plays with the sciences of psychology and sociology to create multiple changes of world-view. The story discusses how the people on the Station might react. Very thoughtful. Recommended.
