Review

With such a setting, an underground city in the far future, there is vast possibility to explore the implications. Instead the city is ruled by a dictator and an opposing faction fights to escape to the upper world. There isn’t even any certainty that the surface of the earth is habitable! While it is an enjoyable pulp adventure story, it just fails to do any of the cool things that could have been done with this situation.
