Review
Once again Starzl has a good idea but falls way short of the potential. Written in 1931 it wasn’t hard to speculate on a future where the mobs controlled all of the cities, but the future is then portrayed as 1930s Chicago with highways way above ground. The time-travel angle also offers some interesting possibilities, but Starzl never goes there.
