“Out of the Sub-Universe”
1928-07-00
short story
By R. F. Starzl

Synopsis

A scientist shrinks two people down so small that they can explore an atomic universe.

History

First publication: Amazing Stories Quarterly Summer 1928

Review

Very typical early pulp SF. Poorly written and amateurish. But the idea is pretty wild and interesting, though for today’s reader pretty preposterous. Still, it is written tongue-in-cheek and has some pretty funny moments. It is short enough to be worth the time to read. -Gregory Kerkman
