Synopsis

Eusebio has an affair with the married and pregnent Amelita. Her husband comes for Eusebio and with a single shot kills both Eusebio and his horse Solitario through the eyes.

Review

A fantasy set in South America. The writing is excellent, in some ways reminding me of Ballard. The characters are the story and are very well imagined. A very good story.
