Review

Not one of Poe’s better efforts. The first issue is that it is written as if the account of an Irishman, so it is written in a heavy Irish accent, making it hard to read. The second is that the story is incidental and doesn’t really reveal much about any of the characters, especially the woman. She hardly comes across as human. Only the Poe completist will like this one.
