Review

This nonfiction is a great introduction as to how empathy han help and hinder the productivity of individuals in diffrent ways. Instead of allowing empathy to rule our minds and lives, we need to allow for more balance between rational compassion and empathy allowing. This work suggests there are better ways to rationally evaluate situations through a lense of compassion, rather than allowing a situation to rule an individual choice by empathy. The work speaks well to human psychology and development as well as offers suggestions to help individuals transition from being ruled by emotions to blanalcing epathy with rational compassion.
